• What is your return policy?

  We offer a 14-day return policy on all items unless specified as non refundable. Products must be in their original condition with tags attached. We also offer exchanges. Please reach out to support@theinayah.com for returns.
  
  *International customers, if a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or incorrect address information, we cannot issue refunds or reshipments. Please ensure all shipping information is correct and review your country’s import regulations before placing your order.

• How long does shipping take?

  Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days for domestic orders, and 10-30 days for international orders. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes, we currently ship to: US, CAN, UK, UAE, AUS, FR, DE, NL, SE, TR, & EG. We plan to ship to most countries worldwide soon. International shipping times vary by location.

• What does "inayah" mean?

  Inayah means care, compassion, or divine protection.

• Where are our garments made?

  Each piece is designed in the US, in-house with premium materials sourced globally and produced by experienced artisans in Asia under fair and ethical conditions.

• I am unsure of my size?

  Each product page includes a detailed size guide and fit notes. If you’re unsure, our support team can help you find your ideal fit.

• Do I have to layer?

  Our garments are thoughtfully designed for full coverage and comfort. All of our fabrics that are see through have lining, and fabric composition is noted on each product page.
